Our Facilities
We are manufacturing a variety of combinations of Manganese ranging from 11% to 19% & High Chrome Alloys ASTM A532, Chromium ranging from 14% to 30% With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing wear parts in batching plants and crushers for the toughest and abrasive stone/metallic ores.
- We have One Induction Furnace of 1 Ton capacity along with 2 Crucibles.
- We have an Electrically heated heat treatment furnace of 3 Ton Capacity.
- We have an advanced laboratory for physical and chemical testing.
- We have over 1500 patterns for Batching plants, Stone Crushers used in Ready Mix, Concrete Plants & Aggregate processing.
- We can manufacture parts from 1 kg to 1000kgs single piece & up to 5000kgs from Associate manufacturers.
- We can undertake design & development, produce drawings, manufacture patterns, Casting and also provide machined and finished components and its parts.
- We supply lo OEMs, International dealers and domestic users.
