Technical Specifications:

Frame Work of Walls: The wall will be made out of sandwiched panel (47mm thick) using Cement Fiber Board interlocked with a rectangular hollow sheet.

Frame Work of Floor Base: The floor shall be made mainly of Boiling Water Proof grade marine ply board (12mm)/ Cement Board (20mm).

Level Above Ground: The entire structure shall be raised above the ground by 8″ to 1 0″ or more using steel supports (iron joints).

Doors: The doors shall be made out of textured-coated BWP Marine Grade Ply panels. The dimensions of the door will be (6.5 X 2.5 feet) with Aluminium handles, and L-drops for locking arrangements.

Windows: Aluminum sliding windows with 4mm glass will be provided. One covered window cut shall be provided for AC/cooler.

Paints: Exterior with textured, waterproof and fire-resistant polymer coatings, interior with Oil Bound distemper in inner walls.
